HOLLYWOOD SQUARE
Western General approached me to propose a 'refresh' of their property at 3637 W. Alabama Street, in Houston. They liked the palm trees and wanted to keep the name Hollywood Square. Given the high-end nature of many of the shops, I wanted to create an environment that was luxurious but not gauche. I centered the proposal around the colors, textures, and clean lines of mid-century Palm Springs.

The proposal included a summary of goals, overall brand concepts, signage, lighting, landscaping, facade changes, and public art.
